In this example I was tasked with tracking motion and applying pre made graphics to muscle groups. The footage was in a lower quality h.264 codec which made tracking difficult and needed to be manually tracked for some instances.
All graphics and lower thirds needed to be created from within After effects due to layer properties applied to them from illustrator being incompatible..
Most animations were built using expressions linking to angles of motion etc.
