I recently put together a series of lesson for mO2 from MotionVFX. mO2- is a true 3D animation tool that works directly in Final Cut Pro X and Apple Motion.
Get Cinema4D quality renders in real time with 1 click animation presets and a ton of included content.
In this free tutorial learn how to take 2d logos and drawing and turn them into animated 3D objects using After Effects and Video Copilots Element3D.

Are you looking to pick up Element3D but want to see how it works before purchase? If you are looking for a quick overview of how the interface and how it works with After Effects, heres a quick tutorial I put together about it.
I’m fairly new to Cinema 4D. Growing up i played a lot with 3dsmax a lot and made a few animations here and there but a majority of my time went into cameras and gear. Since I’m currently looking to expand my skillset and work more in Element3D and After Effects, 3D in general has taken a lot more precedent (especially on days when its too rainy to film like today)
Are you using Final Cut and Motion for your productions?
While I have seen plenty of Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Premiere, shortcut sheets, I haven’t been able to find a decent sheet of shortcuts for working in Motion 5
Element 3d is a plugin for after effects which takes a lot of pain away from working with full 3d objects and scenes in after effect compositions. It’s had great success as more and more motion graphics artists are using programs like cinema 4d in their work for compositing and text based designs.
